I hope that you will discover here what makes us so different: our company is positioned as a top-of-the-range consultancy working on management consulting and having technological expertise. It is a company in which people outwardly say that they enjoy working.

Did I say Company?

To be precise, we’re more a group of human sized start-ups, which share common values such as the respect for people, excellence in recruitment and where we carry out assignments for our clients, and have fun at work.

Even if we have grown considerably, our objectives and ambitions have never been quantitative: we just wanted to set up a serious company, without taking ourselves too seriously, where managers are amenable and open, and listen to it their employees. That’s why we clearly go against the mainstream trend of our competitors.

Therefore at Davidson,

our consultants do not consider their assignments are forced on them, they have training they require for their personal and professional development (we have an open bar policy), they interact on the community forum accessible to all employees, they contribute to the vast majority of suggestions that are carried out (the development of an internal application to manage carpooling as one example, or the initiation to curling as another!).
