A « fresh » perspective for our 14th anniversary!
For our anniversary, we decided to make way for novelty.
On June 29th, we trod on the mythical Longchamp Racecourse with the intention of celebrating our 14th anniversary!
It’s time for change this year! After redesigning our logo and graphic identity, we decided to celebrate our 14th anniversary in a different way.
Between a kids-friendly afternoon and a nightclub-like atmosphere during the evening, nobody was left out at DAV’s. Davidsonians and their family gathered around our green and outward event in the form of garden party. A fresh and lively program in a chic bohemian-themed celebration: Nina Attal, Yuksek, The Magician and DJ Wilmig.
The heatwave did not prevent 2000 people from all over the world from enjoying numerous activities in a fun and chill environment:
- XXL beer pong
- Several photobooths
- Tattoo stall
- “Coachella” make-up
- Flower crowns workshop
- Handi sensibility stalls…
For the younger ones, they could enjoy the festivities alongside with their family like pony riding; they could also have refreshment in the inflatable pool or go in the carousel.
As for gastronomy, sweet and savory food trucks were available throughout the evening for the pleasure of gourmets.
The event was also marked by the launch of our new intranet “Dutler”. An optimized and more efficient tool, in accordance with our brand-new graphic identity. The name was born from a merger of “Davidson” and “Butler”, offering the possibility to Davidsonians to benefit a new platform more adapted to their needs.
In addition, these festivities were also an opportunity to spotlight our many B Corp actions. Handi sensibility stalls have been set up, so as to make everyone aware of the cause of people with disabilities. Thus, Davidsonians played along with the dark room and the escape game.
Always on our eco-responsible approach, 100% recyclable eco-cups and cardboard ashtrays (to avoid cigarette end on the ground) were available throughout the event, in order to keep following our B Corp process in adequacy with our Davidsonian values.
